Short hair maintenance is usually needed every 4-5 weeks to keep both your natural hair and your system looking neat and well-blended. Appointments typically last around 60 to 90 minutes, allowing time for cleaning, refitting, and light styling.

Yes. Your initial phone conversation and your 45–60 minute face-to-face consultation are completely free. All consultations are carried out in a private setting, and we take confidentiality seriously from your first enquiry through every appointment.
During your consultation, we assess your hair loss, lifestyle, styling preferences, and budget. We then explain the differences between conventional toupees, semi-customised systems, and fully customised systems so you can make a clear, informed decision without any pressure.
All our prices include professional fitting, cutting, and styling. Fully customised systems also allow you to choose hair density, texture, colour, and shape to ensure the most natural result possible.
Absolutely. Our systems are designed to blend seamlessly with your existing hair and are securely attached using professional techniques. When fitted and maintained correctly, they are virtually undetectable and suitable for everyday activities.
